In life, we are constantly tested. I was put through some ups and downs. I didn't think I was going to be able to come out of a situation I was put in or that I'd ever be taken seriously. But I am proving to myself and to the world that I will not give up and not take "no" for an answer. I am ready to work hard no matter what and face any hardships that may come my way.
Pia Toscano is competing for votes once more. The American Idol season 10 alum is featured as a hot zombie in a new Doritos advertisement entered in the chip maker's "Crash the Super Bowl" competition.
The clip -- titled "Zombie Crunch" -- features Toscano, along with actresses Sara Fontenot and Jessica C. LaBreche, attacking a house in a zombie apocalypse. The original zombies (played by Stacy Hidalgo, Drew Whitaker and director Dave Bailey) slowly close in on heroes Paul Dupree and Jax Fogg, who muses that Doritos is his last meal. As each man takes a bite of the chips, the hideous zombies transform into beautiful women.
"I love the zombie apocalypse," quips actor Phil Hartman, before Toscano turns him into a handsome man (Gian Shaw) when she takes a bite of her chip.
