Quote of the Day

I am not here to be an overnight "Here today, gone tomorrow" success story. I am in this to have a stable career and I am certainly in this for the long haul. Trust me, it would have been a lot easier to just throw in the towel, but that isn't me and never will be.

American Idol Alum Pia Toscano Competes in Doritos Super Bowl Commercial Contest: Watch the Ad - Billboard

Pia Toscano is competing for votes once more. The American Idol season 10 alum is featured as a hot zombie in a new Doritos advertisement entered in the chip maker's "Crash the Super Bowl" competition.

The clip -- titled "Zombie Crunch" -- features Toscano, along with actresses Sara Fontenot and Jessica C. LaBreche, attacking a house in a zombie apocalypse. The original zombies (played by Stacy Hidalgo, Drew Whitaker and director Dave Bailey) slowly close in on heroes Paul Dupree and Jax Fogg, who muses that Doritos is his last meal. As each man takes a bite of the chips, the hideous zombies transform into beautiful women.

"I love the zombie apocalypse," quips actor Phil Hartman, before Toscano turns him into a handsome man (Gian Shaw) when she takes a bite of her chip.
